# SOFTWARE LICENSE & END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) **Product Name:** Stream Command Center™ **Supplier and Licensor:** Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center **Effective Date:** September 26, 2026 **Last Updated:** September 26, 2026 **Agreement Revision:** 2026-09-26.1 This agreement is between you, the individual or entity purchasing the license ("you"), and Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center ("Licensor," "we," or "us"). It covers the proprietary Stream Command Center application, its included proprietary components, and the documentation supplied with them (the "Software"). Whop processes payments; Mathew Hull supplies and licenses the Software. Read the terms and the selected offer before purchasing, installing, or running the Software. An affirmative agreement control records your acceptance. If you do not agree, decline and do not install or use the Software. Receiving an installer, ZIP, license key, or another person's acceptance does not itself grant a license or constitute your acceptance. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected by this agreement. ## 1. GRANT OF LICENSE 1. **Permitted use.** While you have a valid entitlement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for your own live broadcasting, content creation, stream production, and management of your own website. You may use it to make and monetize your own content. You may install it on devices you own or control for your own use; this does not permit sharing an account or license with other people or organizations. 2. **Licensed, not sold.** The current subscription provides time-limited permission to use the Software. You do not acquire ownership of the Software, its source code, trademarks, or a right to resell it. Keeping downloaded files does not extend a subscription period. Earlier fixed-version or perpetual grants remain subject to their original purchase terms, as explained in Appendix A. 3. **Current offer: Streamer Pro — $19/month (30-day billing cycle).** This subscription permits use of the releases included in Streamer Pro and access to updates we release during your valid trial or paid subscription period. Eligible customers receive the seven-day free trial described below. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the first $19 subscription charge is due when the trial ends, followed by $19 every 30 days until canceled. If you are not eligible for a trial, the first charge is due at checkout. A paid billing period is 30 days, not necessarily a calendar month. Review the amount due today and the first or next billing date at checkout before confirming. 4. **Seven-day trial and eligibility.** Trial availability for your account is shown at Whop checkout. An account that has already used this product's free trial is not eligible for another trial merely by canceling and returning, reinstalling, or changing a device. Do not assume a repeat purchase starts another free period. A trial requires a valid payment method. Cancel through your Whop membership settings before the displayed trial end to avoid the first subscription charge. The trial is separate from the seven-day initial-payment refund policy; a free trial has no paid subscription charge to refund. 5. **Cancellation and end of subscription access.** Cancel before the next renewal through your Whop membership settings to stop future charges. Scheduled cancellation leaves access in place until the current trial or paid period ends. When Pro access ends, both permission to run under Pro and permission to obtain updates under Pro end. Merely downloading an update while subscribed does not create a continuing license to run it afterward. An earlier, independently valid fixed-version entitlement remains governed by its original terms; see Appendix A. Version Pass and bundle descriptions in that appendix explain existing purchases and are not offers for new purchases. 6. **Price, delivery, and activation.** The current subscription price is in US dollars; applicable tax and the final payable amount appear at checkout. The official download and activation instructions are provided through the purchase flow. An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic entitlement verification. A temporary validation receipt is not a new license and never extends the purchased period. If a required verification cannot be completed, activation or continued access may be unavailable until verification succeeds. The current offer does not promise permanent offline access. You must keep your purchase credentials private. For a delivery or activation problem, contact us through the seller contact or support option associated with your Whop purchase. 7. **Scope of the offer.** The purchase includes the released Software and the access described for your selected offer. It does not promise a minimum number or schedule of updates, unreleased features, a Discord role, priority support, third-party subscriptions, paid API usage, perpetual hosting, or a financial return. We will provide the access actually purchased and support for purchase, delivery, activation, and billing issues. Third-party service availability and requirements can change. 8. **Cancellation and refunds.** Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not itself refund a completed charge. Uninstalling the Software does not cancel billing. You may request a full refund of your initial purchase within seven days of the first successful payment through the seller contact or refund option on your Whop purchase. If your subscription began with a free trial, those seven days begin with the first successful paid subscription charge, not the trial's start. This initial-purchase refund promise does not automatically repeat for renewal charges. For later subscription charges, contact us about duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect, or undelivered charges and any rights that apply by law or under Whop's buyer protections. A payment refund or reversal ends the rights funded by that payment, subject to applicable law and any refund arrangement we confirm. Appendix A explains refunds affecting earlier bundle entitlements. Access can be temporarily suspended while an unauthorized-payment or dispute report is investigated; it is reinstated when the payment and entitlement are confirmed. Nothing here restricts mandatory cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer rights. 9. **Earlier purchases.** The current offer applies to purchases made under this revision and their stated renewal terms. This revision does not retroactively replace an earlier purchase's recorded duration, price, purchased release, or other accrued rights. Appendix A preserves historical fixed-version and bundle terms without advertising those offers for new purchases. Any change to an existing customer's purchased rights requires a lawful agreement or remedy; publishing new terms alone does not impose it. ## 2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Software's proprietary code, design, documentation, branding, and other proprietary materials remain owned by Licensor or their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You retain your rights in content you create, subject to any third-party materials and platform terms that apply to that content. Included third-party components remain subject to their own notices and licenses. Nothing in this agreement narrows rights an applicable open-source license or mandatory law grants you in those components. This agreement does not grant a general MIT or other open-source license to the proprietary Software. A separately and expressly licensed distribution remains governed by that separate license; this agreement does not retroactively withdraw rights previously granted under it. ## 3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED CONDUCT Except where mandatory law or an applicable third-party license permits it, you must not: 1. Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, bundle for sale, or commercially distribute the Software, access to it, a purchased entitlement, a license key, or an activated installation. No offer gives master resale rights, resale rights, white-label rights, affiliate rights, or authority to collect payment on Licensor's behalf. Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center is the authorized supplier for the offers in this agreement. 2. Publish, mirror, redistribute, or share official proprietary ZIP packages, installers, binaries, license credentials, or an activated user profile. You may share a normal link to the official seller page; doing so creates no commission or reseller entitlement. 3. Bypass entitlement expiry, alter license checks, falsify a payment or acceptance record, interfere with release verification, or use someone else's credentials. 4. Reverse engineer or attempt to derive proprietary source code, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or an applicable third-party license. 5. Use the Software unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or misuse its networking features to attack, disrupt, or exhaust another person's systems. Commercial use of your own broadcasts and content is permitted under Section 1. It does not authorize sale of the Software itself. Only a distribution activity expressly authorized by Licensor is permitted, and each recipient needs their own entitlement and acceptance. ## 4. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, SERVICES & API INTEGRATIONS Stream Command Center is independent software. Inclusion of an integration does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Solana, or another service provider. You are responsible for your connected accounts, the permissions you grant, compliance with the rules of services you use, and third-party charges you choose to incur. A Software purchase does not include third-party API credits, accounts, hosting plans, or subscriptions unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Third-party changes, limits, outages, or account actions may affect an integration. We remain responsible for our own obligations and any responsibility the law does not allow us to exclude. ## 5. SOL AND USDC TIPPING Optional SOL and USDC tipping, where available, interacts with wallets, services, and networks you choose. Protect private keys, seed phrases, and credentials. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible, and we cannot guarantee their reversal or recovery. Network and third-party fees may apply. A Software license is not an investment, financial product, promise of earnings, or token redemption guarantee. Displayed balances do not establish a completed transfer. Nothing in the Software is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. ## 6. AUDIO RECORDING, VOICE TYPING & CONTENT If you use recording, capture, transcription, voice, chat, or broadcast features, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions and consents required for the content and people involved. Comply with applicable privacy, recording, copyright, and platform requirements. Review recordings, transcripts, automated output, and other generated content before relying on or publishing them. ## 7. UPDATES, LICENSE RECORDS & DATA Updates are included only as described in Section 1. We may change the Software and release additional versions, but do not promise a specific roadmap or release schedule. A change to future offers does not shorten an access period already purchased. If we cannot deliver purchased access, applicable remedies and our refund obligations remain available. An acceptance record identifies the agreement revision and text hash, application version, acceptance time, and an installation identity. The application can keep an encrypted local record and submit a signed acceptance record to our license register. A signature identifies an installation key; it is not proof of a person's verified identity. Queued acceptance records may be transmitted when connectivity returns. License verification also processes purchase and entitlement information, including the license key or authenticated purchase identity and the associated Whop membership. It is separate from the agreement-acceptance record. Whop and our hosting providers process requests needed for checkout and activation and receive network information required to deliver their services. This is not a representation that the entire purchase or activation process is anonymous. The website privacy notice describes website analytics, the information used to measure checkout and purchase completion, the purposes and retention periods, and applicable choices. Accepting this EULA is not a substitute for any separate consent required for optional analytics or marketing. Do not submit payment-card data, private wallet keys, seed phrases, or unrelated account secrets to us through support or analytics fields. Keep backups of your configurations, clips, markers, and other content. Expiry of a Software entitlement does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Your exported website configurations and your own website content remain yours to keep. Third-party hosting, domain registrations and service subscriptions remain subject to the providers' terms; retaining setup files is not a promise of ongoing hosted service. You remain responsible for exporting or backing up data you need before access expires. ## 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Software errors, incompatibility, network failures, or resource use can interrupt broadcasts, damage data, or affect other applications. Back up important data and assess compatibility before relying on the Software for production. It is not designed for safety-critical use. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT WARRANT ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, COMPATIBILITY WITH EVERY DEVICE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR A PARTICULAR COMMERCIAL RESULT. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT CANCEL THE ACCESS, DESCRIPTION, DELIVERY, OR REFUND COMMITMENTS EXPRESSLY MADE TO YOU, OR ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT. ## 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INTERRUPTED BROADCASTS. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE THE LAW PROHIBITS A LIMIT, INCLUDING NON-EXCLUDABLE CONSUMER REMEDIES, FRAUD, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. A REFUND OR OTHER MANDATORY REMEDY IS NOT REMOVED BY THESE TERMS. ## 10. RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and your use of the Software. If you use the Software on behalf of a business, that business is responsible for claims caused by its unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or deliberate misuse, to the extent applicable law permits. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive a mandatory protection or makes you responsible for Licensor's own unlawful conduct. ## 11. EXPIRY, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION Your permission to use the Software ends when its purchased access period ends, unless another valid entitlement covers that use. You can stop using the Software at any time. To stop recurring billing, also cancel the subscription in Whop. We may suspend access to investigate reasonably suspected unauthorized use, payment fraud, or a material breach, and may terminate an entitlement for a material breach. We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach when appropriate; an immediate suspension may be necessary for fraud, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Mandatory notice and remedy obligations still apply. After an entitlement ends, stop using the versions no longer covered and remove unauthorized working copies. You may retain your own content and any records you are entitled to keep. A still-valid historical fixed-version entitlement remains governed by its original duration; Pro cancellation alone does not erase it. Ownership, use restrictions, accrued payment/refund rights, and provisions that reasonably need to survive will continue to apply. ## 12. APPLICABLE LAW, CHANGES & SEVERABILITY Applicable law determines the enforceability of this agreement, and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Nothing here selects an undisclosed court, waives a non-waivable right, or prevents a lawful complaint or remedy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. The offer recorded at purchase and this agreement describe the license; specific purchased duration and price commitments prevail over a conflicting general statement. Whop's own terms govern your separate relationship with Whop. We will present revised terms when required, and a new acceptance record does not itself retroactively reduce rights already purchased. ## 13. PURCHASE SUPPORT & CONTACT The supplier is Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center. For purchase, download, activation, cancellation, or refund assistance, use the seller contact or support option associated with your Whop purchase. Your Whop membership settings provide the subscription cancellation controls. Keep your order information available, but do not send private keys, seed phrases, full payment-card details, or passwords. ## APPENDIX A. HISTORICAL PURCHASES — NOT CURRENT OFFERS This appendix explains existing entitlements. It does not sell or renew a retired offer, change a customer's original price, or substitute the application's current version for the release actually purchased. Your original purchase terms and receipt determine the purchased release, access period, price, and any renewal terms. A newer agreement revision or application release does not rewrite that grant. If a record appears inconsistent, contact purchase support so the original purchase can be checked; this revision does not reduce the rights originally purchased. **Earlier 365-day Version Pass.** Where the original purchase granted a 365-day Version Pass, it permits use of the purchased release for 365 days beginning when the initial payment succeeds. It does not renew automatically and does not include later releases or future update rights. Access ends at its recorded expiry even if the Software remains installed. A later release requires a separate qualifying entitlement. The original purchased release and payment date govern; this appendix does not assign a different version. **Earlier Pro + Version Pass bundle.** Where the original bundle included the first 30 days of Pro and a 365-day Version Pass, the initial payment funds both parts. Subsequent subscription charges renew only Pro at the originally agreed price and interval. The Version Pass expires 365 days after the initial successful bundle payment. Renewal payments, reinstalling, canceling Pro, or changing a device do not restart or extend that expiry. If Pro ends first, only the originally purchased release remains covered by the unexpired pass; a newer Pro release is not covered. If Pro continues beyond the pass expiry, Pro continues only through its valid subscription periods. There is no separate or additional recurring Version Pass charge. **Earlier perpetual or Snapshot grants.** A purchase originally granting perpetual use of a particular release remains governed by that original grant and its restrictions. This revision does not turn such a grant into a subscription or impose a new 365-day expiry. It also does not add later-version or update rights that were not purchased. The original purchase's price and any separate subscription renewal terms remain controlling. **Refunds and independently funded rights.** The original purchase's refund terms and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. A full refund of an initial bundle payment ends both entitlements funded by that payment, subject to applicable law and any refund arrangement we confirm. Refunding only a later subscription renewal does not by itself erase an original, unrefunded fixed-version entitlement. Canceling Pro alone likewise does not erase that entitlement or extend its original duration. A refund or reversal affects only the rights funded by the affected payment, subject to the same protections.
