Store privacy & analytics choices
Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center · Updated September 19, 2026
This notice describes the official Stream Command Center store and purchase funnel operated by Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center. Customer-owned websites and connected platforms have their own operators and practices.
Anonymous totals, automatically
We count predefined page views, offer views, button clicks, FAQ opens and checkout errors to improve this website. These statistics start automatically, without cookies, visitor or session identifiers, fingerprinting, device categories, source categories or individual browsing histories. The server adds each permitted event directly to a daily counter and does not save the individual event. Counts are retained for 30 UTC days. They are used only to understand and improve this website, not for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.
The persistent Statistics & privacy control lets you turn analytics off without affecting the website or a purchase. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, as well as a previous decision to decline analytics. The automatic statistics request omits cookies and referrer information. Hosting providers still process the network data necessary to deliver and protect the website; this is not a claim that all provider logs are anonymous.
Detailed paths are optional
Choose Allow detailed paths only if you also want to help us understand the sequence of activity within a visit. Detailed collection starts only after that choice. Accepting the Software EULA does not opt you into detailed analytics. Declining does not prevent browsing, checkout, downloading or license activation.
Only your preference is saved in this browser's local storage. If you allow detailed paths, a random identifier is also stored for this browser tab and rotates after 30 minutes without tracked activity or at most two hours. This optional tracking is pseudonymous. Its identifiers are not part of the automatic anonymous totals.
What the optional tracker measures
We use a small set of predefined events to understand offer views, checkout clicks, agreement choices, checkout errors and purchase completion. Events contain random event and tab identifiers, a permitted plan and button identifier, a coarse traffic-source category, a broad device category and an allowed error code where relevant. The tracker does not capture form text, passwords, names, email addresses, raw page URLs, raw referring URLs, payment-card information, wallet secrets, keystrokes or session replay.
The tracker sends events only to our own website's analytics endpoint. The analytics service hashes the random identifiers before saving them. It keeps coarse event paths and counts, not full browsing recordings. The service processes network information needed to receive requests; for its abuse limits it derives a shared daily rate-limit bucket from the incoming IP address and saves the bucket count rather than the IP address.
Connecting a checkout to a completed purchase
If analytics are allowed, the random tab identifier may be included in the server-created Whop checkout's metadata. A verified payment notification can then connect that consented visit to a completed purchase in our funnel reports. Browser return or success messages alone are not treated as proof of payment. Whop separately receives the account, billing and payment information it needs to provide checkout and maintain your purchase.
Retention and withdrawal
Our optional analytics service retains coarse session event paths for up to 48 hours and daily aggregate counts for 30 UTC days. Hashed payment-notification identifiers used to avoid duplicate counts are retained for 30 days. Expired records are removed by scheduled cleanup; removal may be delayed by a service outage or cleanup backlog. The dashboard uses rounded times and does not show raw tab identifiers.
Choosing Turn analytics off stops future anonymous and detailed collection and clears the local tab context. It does not automatically erase events already received, completed transaction records, or checkout metadata already sent to Whop. The short analytics retention applies to our analytics store, not to Whop's payment and membership records. There is no automatic individual-history deletion button at present. Contact us through the official Whop seller profile or the seller support option associated with your purchase for an applicable privacy request.
Checkout, license verification and agreement records
Checkout, online license verification, purchase support and agreement acceptance are separate from optional analytics. They process the purchase identity, license key or authenticated membership information needed to deliver and verify access. Agreement records identify the accepted revision and text hash, application version, acceptance time and an installation identity. An installation signature is not a verified personal identity.
Transaction, membership, support, security and agreement records may need to remain available to deliver the purchased access, handle refunds or disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. They do not use the optional analytics store's 48-hour retention promise. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or payment-card details to us through support.
Service providers and other website features
Whop handles checkout and its own account, payment and membership records under Whop's privacy policy. Cloudflare provides hosting and network services under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Providers receive network data necessary to deliver and protect their services. The analytics opt-out does not disable necessary checkout or service security processing.
If you choose to sign in, chat, broadcast, use tipping or connect another service, that feature may process the information you submit and the network data it needs. Review the connected service's terms and privacy settings. This notice does not describe all third-party activity as anonymous or local to your computer.
Your questions and rights
Contact Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center through the official Whop seller profile or the seller support option on your purchase for privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information where applicable. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record. Applicable legal rights and complaint routes remain available. We will update this notice when these practices change.
