Refunds & cancellation
Mathew Hull / Stream Command Center · Updated September 26, 2026
These terms apply to new purchases made under agreement revision 2026-09-26.1. They do not reduce an earlier purchase's recorded rights or any mandatory consumer protection.
Current subscription and trial
Streamer Pro is $19/month on a 30-day billing cycle, with a 7-day free trial for eligible accounts. Whop checkout shows your trial eligibility, amount due today, and billing dates. An account that has already used this product's trial is not eligible for another by canceling and returning, reinstalling, or changing a device. If eligible, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $19 charge. Otherwise, the first charge is due at checkout. After the trial or initial payment, the subscription renews at $19 every 30 days until canceled. Applicable tax and the final payable amount appear at checkout.
Your initial purchase: 7 days to request a full refund
Request a full refund within 7 days of your first successful payment using the seller contact or refund option associated with your Whop purchase. For Streamer Pro, this includes the first paid subscription charge after a free trial. The refund period starts with that payment, not the trial's start; the unpaid trial itself has no subscription charge to refund. Keep your purchase reference available. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or full payment-card information.
Canceling a subscription
Cancel Streamer Pro any time, directly in Whop, before the trial ends or the next renewal to stop the next charge: go to whop.com → your profile → Manage orders, select the subscription, and choose Cancel membership. No email, call, or retention step is required. Monthly billing uses a 30-day cycle. Scheduled cancellation retains Pro access until the current trial or paid period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed payment.
Renewal payments
The initial-purchase 7-day refund promise does not automatically repeat for renewal charges. Contact us about duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect or undelivered charges, or a refund right available under applicable law or Whop's buyer protections. Nothing here limits those rights.
What a refund changes
A refunded or reversed payment no longer funds the access it purchased, subject to applicable law and any refund arrangement we confirm.
Historical purchases: original rights remain in place
Earlier Version Pass, bundle, and perpetual/Snapshot purchases remain governed by their original purchase terms and receipt, including the purchased release, duration, price, and refund rights. These are historical entitlements, not current offers. See Appendix A of the Software EULA. A newer application release or this policy does not substitute a different purchased version or shorten an earlier grant.
For an earlier bundle with a 365-day Version Pass, a refund of its entire initial payment ends both the initial Pro period and the pass it funded, subject to applicable law and any confirmed refund arrangement. Refunding only a later subscription renewal affects that renewed Pro period; it does not by itself erase the original, unrefunded pass. Canceling Pro alone leaves that pass available for the originally purchased release until 365 days after the original successful bundle payment. Renewals, cancellation and reinstalling do not extend that date. An original perpetual grant is not converted to a 365-day pass by this policy. A newer Pro release needs a valid entitlement covering that release.
Delivery, activation and payment concerns
Use the seller contact or support option on your Whop purchase for missing delivery, activation problems, billing questions or a refund request. Access may be temporarily suspended while an unauthorized-payment or dispute report is investigated and is restored when the payment and entitlement are confirmed. Statutory remedies and Whop dispute or refund rights remain available.
